2 1/2 lbs ground beef
5 oz swiss cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small rib celery, chopped
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Comine all ingredients andpack into large loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

Note: You can also form a loaf shape directly on a broiler pan and bake. It's less greasy. This is the way I make it.
