2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tablespoon water
Pinch of salt

Add flour to make a stiff dough. Start with 1 cup and then add more to make stiff dough.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together to make a stiff dough. Add additional flour if needed. Roll very thin on floured board. Fold dough and slice into thin slices. Drop slices into boiling broth. Cook about 30 minutes.

Can add a drop of yellow food coloring for looks.

This recipe was handed down through the family. Grandma Trotter lived with us when we were growing up as kids. She would make these many Sunday's with boiled chicken. They were so good!!
