1 c. sugar
⅔ c. maple syrup
4 eggs
¾ c. cooking oil
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp.ground nutmeg
½ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. ground cloves

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º
Grease a 9x12- inch pan.

In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, maple syrup, oil and pumpkin puree.
In a small bowl whisk together the baking powder, salt, baking soda, and spices.
Mix into the egg batter.
Then add the flour and mix well.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
