1 lg can of artichoke hearts in water - diced and drained
2/3 C mayo
3 oz. cream cheese softened
8 oz sour cream
1 C jack cheese shredded (can substitute Swiss)
1/2 C parmesan cheese

Topping:
T dry parsley
1/4 C Italian bread crumbs
2 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients into a casserole dish
Mix together topping and add to top of artichoke mixture
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
