Grandma's Almond Crescent Cookies Recipe

1 C soft butter
1/3 C sugar (powdered or granulated)
2/3 C nuts - almonds chopped
1 2/3 C flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar and then add nuts
Sift flour and salt and add to mixture
Add vanilla and mix well
Chill for at least an hour
Roll into crescent shape and bake on ungterased sheet
325 for 20 minutes
Cool 10 minutes and roll in powdered sugar
