Cube Steak for each person
1 Tablespoon of mushroom soup
A sprinkle of minced onion
Seasoned salt.

Buy as many round steaks you will need and have the butcher run them through his tenderizer “both ways”. Then you cut them into serving size.

Place each steak piece on the bottom of a very large frying pan (used to be an electric pan) or roaster.

Put on the top of each steak the following:
1 Tablespoon of mushroom soup
A sprinkle of minced onion
Seasoned salt.
Make layers of the steak with the mixture, and
Bake at 2:50 for 3/4 hours

The history for this recipe is that it was always a favorite, and in my day was served at many family dinners and Ward functions, by my mother and also by me.

PS: It is also very good to use celery soup or chicken soup
