"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Personal Notes:
This was a friend's Italian grandmothers recipe. Very yummy. She wasn't allowed to give out the recipe but for years we would get together each year to make it. After a number of years, I had the recipe memorized, although the original one called for liquids to be measured by water glass!

Farm Fact: Courier Equine Park was purchased in Feb. of 1985 for land value due to the condition of the buildings. The house that we live in today was actually valued at zero!! Bob named the farm a "park" although it was far from that as he had a vision. We are still working on the park vision but certainly closer then we were in 1985!!
