4 Tbsp butter
1/4 C sugar
2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 C water
1C flour
4 eggs
Oil for deep frying

Sauce:
1 C dark brown sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1 C water
2 Tbsp heavy cream
1Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the butter, sugar, lemon rind and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add the flour all at once beat.
