2 Tbsp Goya Olive Oil
1/2 C onion, finely chopped
1/4 C green peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 15.5 oz can Goya Black Beans, undrained
1 tsp oregano
1 packet Sazon Goya without Annatto
1 Tbsp Goya White Cooking Wine or cider vinegar

Directions:

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, pepper, and garlic; cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Serve over hot white rice.
