1 ½ c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour3
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate candy kisses-- can use chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow cream (13 oz.)
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Grease a 13x9-inch pan

In a large bowl, combine sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla.
Blend in flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir until thoroughly combined.
Spread ½ of mixture in greased pan.
Press chocolate kisses, point side down, into dough. If using chocolate chips, spread over dough.
Spread with marshmellow cream.
Crumble remaining cookie dough over filling.
Smooth slightly.

Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until bars are golden brown.
