3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 squares bitter chocolate
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Butter and flour brownie pan.
Melt butter and chocolate together.
Beat eggs and slat until foamy.
Gradually add sugar to egg mixture.
Temper eggs with small amount of chocolate mixture while beating with a whisk.
Add rest of chocolate mixture while continuously beating with a whisk.
Stir in flour gradually.
Ad nuts.
Bake about 35 mins.
