4 eggs
1 ½ c. maple syrup
1 c. canola oil
1 can pumpkin (15 oz.)
2 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2. tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt

Glaze: 1 ½ c. confectionary sugar, ¼ c. butter (softened), 3 tbls. milk,

Heat oven to 325º
Grease and lightly flour a jelly roll pan

Sift together all the dry ingredients and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs, sugar and oil together.
Add the pumpkin.
Slowly blend in the dry ingredients.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Cool and glaze
Mix all glaze ingredients together and spread over cooled bars.
