One pound of butter
1 Cup fruit sugar
4 Cup flour
1/3 Cup rice flour
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the butter and sugar
Mix in one cup of flour
Mix in remaining flour by hand, one cup at a time
Mix in rice flour by hand
Divide dough into small batches
Roll dough out to 1/4inch
Cut into preferred shapes
Bake at 250F/120C for approx. 40 mins
