Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2lbs bone - in chicken
3 cups of chcken broth
1-2 small cans off refrigerated biscuts
1 cup of flour ( For dusting)
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1tsp onion powder
1tsp of poultry seasoning
1tsp of Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken broth, seasonings and chicken in crockpot. cook on high for 4 hours. While chicken is cooking, take biscuits out one can at a time. Use your flour to roll out the biscuits long ways. Very thin. Place them aside, make sure they have flour on them so that they don't stick together. When your chicken is done take out chicken. de-bone the chicken and shred. I like to run my left over broth into a fine strainer so that I get all pieces of bone that may have become loose. once chicken is shredded and broth cleared, Place chicken back into broth. Once its heated again, take one of your biscuits strips and tears of about an inch and place into broth. Continue until you have place the whole strip into the broth. Repeat with the other strips. Now this is why I say one can at a time. you must see how much you will need as the biscuits thicken. you might or might not use all four cans if your doubling the recipe. When dropping in, use a fork and just fluff a bit. don't constantly stir as you will create mush!

Personal Notes:
We usually double this recipe. This is started in a crockpot, however you can start in a big pot if you don't have one. This is my version of this recipe. Chicken must be bone-in. It will not have the flavor your looking for without it.
