Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups blueberries
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup flour
juice of 1/2 lemon

Crumbs
12 tbsp butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Before filling the crust I poke a few holes in the crust with a fork. Mix blueberries with flour and sugar in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and pour the berries into a 9 inch crust.

To make the crumbs I slice the butter into the food processor. Add the sugar and then flour and mix the ingredients until you have a crumbly mixture.

Cover the top of the pie with the crumbs either with a spoon or by hand.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 50-60 minutes. The pie is done when the middle bubbles...you do have to watch that the edges don't burn.

You can also start the cooking in a 425 degree oven for 5 minutes and then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours.

This was always a family favorite...my kids requested this from my mother for every occasion.....holidays, birthdays, and celebrations. I am pretty sure this was my Grandmother's recipe and I am delighted to share it with future generations in our family!!
