8 tbsp butter, softened
3/4 c Swerve
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp low sugar orange juice
2 tsp orange peel
1 egg
1 c flour
1 c almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c fresh cranberries*, chopped
1/2 c pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients; set aside. In mixer, beat butter and Swerve until fluffy (scrape bottom and sides). Add in milk, juice, egg and orange peel. Once fully mixed, gradually add in dry mix until batter is mixed and stiff. Fold in cranberries and pecans. Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheets. Bake in 350º oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Makes two dozen cookies.

*Can substitute one cup of cranberries for a 1/2 cup cranberries and a 1/2 cup of dark chocolate morsels.
