1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 (16 oz.) can corn
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried cilantro
1/4 c. olive oi
4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. lime juice
ground pepper
salt
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all peppers, onion, corn, garlic and cilantro. Toss to mix. Add olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. Toss again. Add beans, toss.
