4 c sugar
1 c light corn syrup
¾ c water

3 egg whites

1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, stir first 3 ingreidients in sauce pan until dissolved. Then cook without stirring to 255º (hard ball). Remove from heat. Beat three egg whites until stiff. Pour hot mixture in a fine stream into egg whites beating constantly. Continue beating until mixture holds shape and looses gloss.

Add 1 t of vanilla and drop by teaspoon onto wax paper
