1 5 lb bag of Yukon Gold potatoes
9 boiled eggs
3 stalks of celery
1 whole carrot or 6-8 baby carrots
1 lg Vidalia or sweet onion
1/2 jar of dill relish
1/4 jar of sweet relish
3/4 jar of mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skin on and peel while still warm.

Cut potatoes into small cubes

Boil and cut up eggs

Cut celery into small pieces

Shred carrots

Chop onion

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl

Ingredients can be added/adjusted to taste to add more or less as desired.
