½ c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 T. thick cream
1 t. vanilla
2½ c. flour
¼ t. baking soda
½ t. salt
1 jar Bakers apricot filling

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix shortening, sugar and eggs thoroughly.
2. Stir in cream and vanilla.
3. Sift together and stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
4. Chill dough, then roll 1/4 in. thick.
5. Cut into three inch rounds, and place on lightly greased baking sheet.
6. Fill with apricot, and seal.
7. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
