vegetable oil
milk
flour
salt

1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. heat vegetable oil in frying pan
3. dip each piece of chicken in a bowl of milk
4. roll each piece of chicken in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper
5. place chicken pieces in heated frying pan of vegetable oil
6. brown chicken on both sides
7. place browned chicken on a cooking sheet
8. cover cooking sheet with aluminum foil
9. place cooking sheet in preheated oven
10.bake chicken pieces 40 minutes or until cooked through
