2 cups flour
½ cup shortening
¼ cup water
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking power
¼ tsp. salt

Bake 375ºF about 10 mi.

Use cookie scoop and drop on greased cookie sheet.

cool and frost with

Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

3 cups powdered sugar
⅓ cup butter, softened
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 Tbs. milk
