1 egg
1 TBS dry sherry or water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 lean pork chops
3 TBS soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
4 TBS bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a glass pan with cooking spray. Beat egg, soy sauce, sherry and spices in a pie plate. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on a sheet of wax paper. Dip the chops into the egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Coat evenly on both sides and arrange in a layer in pan. Back at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, tun and bake 20 minutes longer or until tender.
Variation: Can use chicken breasts
