1 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups rolled oats
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup pineapple crushed & drained
½ cup walnuts - chopped
Raisins if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortenings add sugars and mix well. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir well. Stir in fruit and nuts. Drop by spoonsful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º.
