7 T. packed brown sugar
2½ T. Kosher salt
1¼ tsp. celery salt
2½ tsp. garlic powder
5 tsp. dry mustard
5 tsp. ground cumin
5 tsp. chili powder
1¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

1. Mix all ingredients making sure brown sugar is well distributed.
2. Store in air tight container for 6 months.
