Velveeta Cheese
Milk
Flour
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & slice potatoes, cover potatoes in water. Cook till tender and done. Cook as many as you need. Drain potatoes and add milk to cover, 2 T flour, 2 T butter, diced velveeta cheese, salt and pepper.

You will have to add enough cheese to suit your taste.
