1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 T milk
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat liquid ingredients together, then add flour, salt and soda; mix. Next, add apples and nuts. Spread in a greased and floured 9x9" pan. Sprinkle top with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
