Pea Salad Recipe

1 can Green Giant party peas (small)
1 can Green Giant French Cut green beans
1 can Green Giant whit corn
1 small jar pimentoes
Mix all together and drain in strainer

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. water
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
Mix all togher and bring to a boil.

Cut 1 green mango
Cut 1c. celery
Cut 1c. green onions and tops
Pour the cooled boiling water mixture over last three
ingredients. Add vegetables. Let marinate for 3 or 4 days. Will keep up to 6 weeks.
