Sift 2 cups Swansdown Cake flour with 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cream 1 cup butter with 1/2 cup sugar
Cream together until light and fluffy.
Add 1 egg & beat in Flavor with 1 teaspoon vanilla
Add dry Ing. & blend until Smooth

Drop by spoon onto ungreased Cookie sheet

Bake 325 for 8 minute until edge are delicately brown.
