6 cup flour
1 lbs Butter
4 eggs yolks
1 lemon grated rind
2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sour Cream
1 teaspoon salt

Mix everything together
Chill for 1 hour

Roll out on floured board.
Cut brushed with eggs white

Put nuts or sugar on top

Bake 350 for 10 minute or golden brown.
