Cornbread recipe:

3 cups of corn meal mix

1 and 1/2 cups of self rising flour

1 tsp salt

2 eggs

Milk is about 2 cups start with 1 and 1/2 consistency should be think pancake batter just add more milk if you need to

Bake at 350◦ until light brown on top around 35-45 minutes



Dressing recipe:

Cornbread from 9x13 pan

2 boxes of chicken or turkey stock

I onion chopped fine or a ¼ of onion flakes

3 TBLS of Sage (sometimes I put 4) this depends on how much you like the sage taste.

Cook Corn Bread first.

Mix dry together ad wet ingredients. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes until golden brown on top.

Dressing 2nd

Mix all together liquid will depend on your texture

(My family likes it like cornbread and cut but moist)

Consistency of thick pancake batter but you can have it thinner (thinner is more moisture)


Bake at 350◦ until light brown on top around 35-45 minutes
