Personal Notes:
A family favorite for generations now! We have different tastes as far as how spicy the spaghetti sauce should be, just adjust the amount of chili powder you use for your personal taste. The sauce always tastes great on the second day too, so making the full recipe is good if you want leftovers or, the sauce freezes well; then your dinner is almost completely ready to go the next time your want spaghetti and it will be quick and easy. I usually served a side salad and garlic bread with this dinner. Sometimes I would also steam broccoli as a side dish in case someone wanted to put their sauce over broccoli instead of noodles to cut down on carbs. Start cooking this one early in your children's lives to get them used to spiciness. You were all introduced to chili powder, curry, garam masala, ginger and paprika at an early age. It makes exploring International cuisines fun and exciting!
