1 cup corn meal
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 or 2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk or buttermilk (if using buttermilk add 1 tsp. baking soda)
4 Tbsp. margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Sift corn meal, flour, salt and baking powder.

Add eggs, milk and butter. Mix well.

Pour into 9x13 pan.

Bake 25 minutes.
