1 1/2 c. self rising cornmeal
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
2/3 c. oil
2-3 jalapeño peppers chopped
1 small carton of sour cream
1 or 2 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1 small can cream style corn
