1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
2 tbs. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 medium scallion, finely chopped
1 tbs. finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 tbs. whole grain or creole mustered
1/2 tbs. paprika
1/2 teaspoon hot Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
