1 Lb. Ground Pork – unseasoned
1 Cup Hot Coffee
½ tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Allspice
¼ tsp. Cloves
3 Cups Brown Sugar
3 ½ Cups Flour
1 Box Seeded Raisins
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Walnuts

Directions:

Mix by hand. Pour coffee over meat and add nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, cloves & brown sugar. In a separate bowl, mix raisins, flour & nuts. Add flour mixture to meat mixture and mix well. Place in a greased bunt pan. Bake at 300 for 1 ½ hours.
Tip: If you cannot find seeded raisins – use white raisins.
