2 eggs
2 cups brown sugar- You can also use white sugar if you prefer
½ cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups of flour
2 cups fresh apples, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Directions: Mix eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Mix flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda in another bowl. Mix the egg mixture into the flour mixture. Add in shredded apples.
Pour into greased cake pan or bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Top with caramel syrup and whipped cream.
