2 1/4 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 C softened butter
3/4 light brown sugar
1/4 C white sugar
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1-2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz chocolate chips
nuts optional
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 (or 350 depending upon your oven😊)
Combine flour and baking soda - set aside
Mix butter, brown and white sugar, pudding mix and vanilla. Add eggs and mix well
Gradually stir in the dry mixture. Stir in chocolate
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet about an inch apart
smash down a little and add a tiny pinch of kosher salt to each cookie
Bake for 8-10 minutes
