5 1/2 C. Fresh Pumpkin
1 3/4 C. Sugar
7 Eggs (beaten)
2 Large Cans Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp. Vanilla
Dash Salt
Cinnamon on top
Directions:

Mix ingredients. Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
