1 lb round steak or two small chopped steaks
1 medium sweet onion chopped fine
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 salt
1/2 garlic powder
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat on both sides with onion and spices.
Tune down temperature to low and add soup and sauce, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with mash potatoes or rice and a green salad
