4 cups blueberries
⅔ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
½ cup milk
½ cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Rinse and drain blueberries and pour into unbaked pie shell. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Stir in milk and ¼ cup whipping cream. Whisk until smooth. Pour over berries and bake for 45 minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

Use remainder of whipping cream and mix with powdered sugar and vanilla to make extra cream to dollop on top of the pie before serving.
