16 oz pumpkin
12 oz evaporated milk
1½ cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt

18.25oz box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
2 sticks butter, melted
Cool Whip
Nutmeg to sprinkle on Cool Whip if want when serving

Combine first 6 ingredients and blend well. Pour into ungreased 9X13. Sprinkle cake mix over, then sprinkle nuts. Drizzle melted butter on top & don't stir. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until pecans are toasted. Serve with whipped topping and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
