1 cup butter
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
2 c flour

Filling-
2 c apricot preserves
1 c chopped nuts
1 c light raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together the first 3 ingredients and chill at least 4 hours.

Combine all of the filling ingredients.

Divide the dough into quarters. Work one, keep the rest in the fridge. Roll into rectangle. Make the dough thin. Spread 1/4 of the filling on to and roll lengthwise. Repeat with the rest of the dough. Bake in a 350º oven for 45 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar. Cut into slices about 1 1/2 inch wide.
