2 Boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 Cups Sour Cream
4 Eggs
2 Cups Canned Cream Corn (*You will need 2 cans as 1 is not quite enough to make the 2 Cups)
5 Tbls. Sugar
6 Tbls Butter (Melted for bottom of baking dish)

Directions:

Melt Butter and pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan, distributing the butter evenly on the bottom of the pan.

HAND MIX (Do not use mixer) all ingredients together in mixing bowl.

Pour mixture over the butter.

Bake @ 375º for 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
