Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package yeast added to 1/4 cup warm water
2 cups scalded milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp canola oil
5 3/4 - 6 1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Mix all ingredients and knead 8-10 minutes. Form into a ball.

Place dough ball into a large, greased bowl and cover with a cloth. Set in a warm (or at least non-drafty space) and let rise for 1 hour 15 minutes. Punch down and let rest for 10 minutes.

From here you can make pizza! Or Goudarooni!

You can also set it in a greased loaf pan, cover loosely and let rise again for about 30 minutes. Then bake for 35 minutes and you'll have a nice fresh loaf of bread!

Personal Notes:
Here's how to scald milk in a microwave:

Pour milk into a microwave-safe container and microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power, stirring every 15 seconds, just until steam begins to rise from the milk. To scald milk for custards or yogurt, heat 1 cup on HIGH (100%) power for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
