Ingredients:  
3 C. Flour
1 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Milk
1 Egg
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 C. Shortening
Mix until dough.

Filling:
1/2 C. Sugar
1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple
5 tbsp. Tapioca
Cook until thick. Cool.
Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough onto greased cookie sheet. Spread on filling. Bake 350° until done. (about 20 minutes)
