12 Cucumbers
2 Cucumber of Sugar
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Tumeric
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1Tsp Cornstarch
2 Tsp Celery Seed
2 Cups Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup salt and water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, peel and slice cucumbers and add salt to sufficient water to cover cukes, let stand 2 hours. Draine brine.

Bring sugar, cornstarch ,spices & vinegar to boil. Boil 1 minute. Add drained cukes & sliced onions; heat all throughly; pack into tight Hot jars & remove air bubbles with butter knife knife. Seal while hot.

Tip: Slice cukes with potatoe peeler.
