1 Large Head of Cabbage
1 Large Can Sauerkraut
2 Cups of Sugar
1 Cup Bacon drippings
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbages into small dices (like coleslaw). Boil in salt water for just 10 minutes and drain.

Return cabbage to the pot & add can of sauerkraut juice and all.

Add a little water just to cover cabbage, if needed, then boil until tender. Add bacon drippings, sugar and pepper to taste. Use more sugar if needed. The sweeter the better...
