6-8 carrots, cleaned and sliced in 1/2 to 1 inch slices, cooked (reserve liquid)
1/4 c. cooking liquid
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Seasoned dressing mix

Directions:
Arrange carrots in baking dish. Mix together rest of ingredients, except dressing mix, and pour over carrots. Sprinkle with crushed, seasoned dressing mix. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.
