1 lb. Hot Sausage
1 lb. Mild Sausage
Remove casings.
1 lb. Chip Steaks
4 Onions (cut in rings)
2 Green Peppers (sliced)
1 4oz can Mushrooms (optional)
1 lg. can Tomato Puree
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix (dry)
Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage until brown. In the same pan, brown steaks and shred. Set aside. Brown onions and peppers lightly and add meat and remaining ingredients. Simmer one hour and serve on hard rolls.
